This page is for apprentices and Skilled Trades Ontario (STO) staff who want to connect with their local learning network.  The Learning Networks of Ontario (LNO) is made up of 16 regional learning networks across Ontario.  We help people explore upgrading and training options and make referrals to local programs.

Connect with us if you

  • would like to upgrade you skills for work and/or to prepare for technical training (reading, writing, math, digital technology)
  • need high school credits
  • have learning challenges and want to discuss learning strategies for your apprenticeship
  • need study supports

You can also fill out a form if you

  • would like more information about upgrading supports for apprentices and pre-apprentices
  • want to refer an apprentice or pre-apprentice to explore their learning options
  • have more general learning and navigation questions
